We have received important information from P&O Cruises regarding their Service Reward Programme, which will apply to any bookings already made for cruises departing from 27th March 2017 onwards:

 

During your clients’ time on board, they will be looked after by lots of people - waiters, buffet staff, cabin stewards and butlers, who'll go out of their way to make each moment of the holiday special. P&O know that rewarding good service every time it happens just isn't convenient, so the Service Reward Programme provides a simple, one-off way to say 'thank you' for all the service received.

 

For cruises departing 27 March 2017 onwards, this amount changes for each guest aged 12 and over, to £6.00 per day. The Service Reward appears on the folio as a 'service charge'.

 

 

If clients want to personally reward a crew member in addition to this, they are free to do so. Likewise, if they wish to vary the amount, clients can contact the Reception team on board the ship.
